Dan launched VirginLand by Ringley to disrupt and democratise the process of site finding. With early market validation, Dan joined forces with The Ringley Group (2021) to access new resources and lead the business through the next phase of its growth. Before founding VirginLand by Ringley, Dan successfully launched & exited a tech-enabled property management business

Land director
Charlie joined VirginLand by Ringley as Partner and Land Director in 2021 after early success with his own property venture. Charlie gained valuable commercial experience running his own business, and with agencies Morgan Williams and Aspinall Verdi. Entrepreneurial, personable and driven, Charlie heads up our land team.

Mary-Anne is the Founder and CEO of The Ringley Group, a multi-disciplinary property consultancy and asset management specialist with a team of 130 across 3 offices in London, Manchester and Cardiff. Ringley’s core services include full lifecycle asset management for the living sector, block management, leaseholder advice, and property services – including law, finance and valuation.
Oliver Wahlgren
Head of Operations
Oliver oversees the end-to-end operations of our business, managing key accounts from site identification to landowner communications and deal brokering. Oliver helped develop many of the internal systems, and joined VirginLand after a decade of investment, finance and operational experience with some of the largest PLC developers in the UK.
Steven Norman
Planning director
Steve has over 30 years of experience in planning, land acquisition and residential development with his own development consultancy. Steve advises developers and landowners on potential planning gains, applications and issues – and draws from valuable experience piecing together successful schemes across the UK.

Senior Land Finder
Cameron studied Planning & Property Development at university and was the first to join our graduate scheme. Cam quickly showed his value to our clients and team, identifying development opportunities and providing support to both landowner and developer through the acquisition process. Cam has helped develop much of the account management function of the business.
Ben Edwards
Technology Consultant
Ben brings his wealth of Technology and Digital Transformation experience to VirginLand by Ringley as we continue to lead innovation in the technology space. With a background and degree in Computer Science, and nearly a decade of experience in Technology within the Property sector, Ben will support the team providing consultancy, support, and advice on our digital strategy.
Leana Aristodemou
Technical director
Leana first joined The Ringley Group in 2018, and has since achieved an MSc in Real Estate alongside MIRPM, MARLA and AssocRICS qualifications during her tenure as Director of Surveys at Ringley. Leana will soon gain her full MRICS status and assume an expanded role as the Technical Director.
Sam Bedford
Land Manager
Sam joins VirginLand by Ringley with a specific interest in property development and regeneration after gaining experience in the land acquisition team for South London and M25 fringe region at a large London based residential developer. Sam studied Real Estate at university, and brings strong technical knowledge and an ambition for growth to our team.

Assistant Planner
Dorisa joined the VirginLand by Ringley team as Land and Planning Consultant; supporting our clients, planning function and land search teams whilst continuing her Masters qualification in International Planning. Dorisa originally studied Sustainable Urban Development at the AMS Institute; and has since worked for an urban planning consultancy prior to joining the VirginLand by Ringley team.

Charlie helps connect developers and landowners, brokering mutually beneficial deals that unlock the full value of a site. Charlie went to Oxford Brookes University to study Real Estate Management. Since graduating, Charlie has held roles with Winkworth and Robert Cort whilst continuing his study towards RICS accreditation.
Alex Dobbie
Land Manager
After gaining a degree in Planning and Property Development at Oxford Brookes University, Alex begun his career as a Development Manager at a development firm in central London. Alex has overseen the construction of projects ranging from 3-50 units, and now joins our Land Management team to support the land identification arm of our business – bring forward compatible development opportunities for our clients.

Alex is working to connect developers and landowners, helping matchmake opportunities and deliver mutually rewarding outcomes. Alex brings a wealth of transactional experience to the business, having worked for both buyers and agents, also founding his own agency in 2020. Alex has acted in and assisted the acquisition of over £100m in assets.
George Faulkner

George is an experienced property and construction insurance professional with deep knowledge of construction developed through years as a City of London insurance broker. George joins VirginLand by Ringley to introduce others into a better way of sourcing land and development opportunities. George has experience launching innovative tech-enabled products, and will assist VirginLand by Ringley in expanding into new verticals leveraging our data driven model.
